SNAP2GALLERY provides an AI-powered product photography service. You upload reference photos of your 3D printed products, and our system generates professional lifestyle photography galleries using artificial intelligence. The service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed each time you generate a gallery.
You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 6 characters to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may create only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
New accounts receive 99 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our credit packs. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely. Generation costs vary based on the number of images requested: 50 credits for 4 images, 60 credits for 5 images, and 70 credits for 6 images.
You agree to use the service only for generating product photography of items you have the right to photograph and sell. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the service. Automated access or scraping is prohibited without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of images generated through our service. You are free to use generated images for any commercial or personal purpose, including product listings, marketing materials, and social media. We do not claim any rights over your generated content. The SNAP2GALLERY brand, logo, and platform design remain our intellectual property.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet specific quality standards or be suitable for any particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited and your generated images will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
